ATA Traveling Fellowship

Founded in 2011, the ATA Traveling Fellowship was developed to support students from partnered universities within China.  This Fellowship encourages students to explore the world through experiencing and observing the built environment and develop the ability of independent thinking.  Applicants are required to submit a proposal consisting of a detailed travel plan and school work portfolio.  Recipients are selected by a group of jurors from partnered institutes and ATA, based on the quality of their proposals and commitment to social life and environmental issues from designers’ perspective.  Within two months of completion of their travel, Fellows should submit a final report and give presentation to their colleges.

Teaching & Sharing

ATA have been active in contributing to the design community and helping young professionals grow in China.  We share our experience and expertise with college students by lecturing at multiple schools in China, Chile and The United States.  Our principals are actively involved in teaching activities by attending school critiques and directing design studios. Welcome to contact us if you would like to schedule a lecture with our principals and directors.

Volunteer Service

ATA are happy to provide volunteer services for NGOs’ charitable program and non-profit projects on public education in low-income communities and environmental preservation and restoration in China, Chile and The United States.  Please contact us if you have such a need.
